Responsibilities:
- Formulate regional and zonal sales plans aligned with company goals and ensure effective execution to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify potential markets, appoint new dealers/distributors, and ensure coverage in underdeveloped or high-potential areas.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
- Monitor sales trends, forecast demand, and submit timely reports to senior management with insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the technical, logistics, and production departments to ensure timely product availability, quality assurance, and after-sales support.
- Gather and analyze information on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Plan and implement promotional activities, farmer meetings, and training programs to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
