Farming/ Irrigation Supervisor- Star Neon Jeddah Maintenance Project

Candidates having relevant Overseas experience will get preference.

Supervision and Management:

• Leading and directing irrigation teams, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management. 

• Training and mentoring team members on proper techniques and safety procedures. 

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. 

System Management:

• Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of irrigation systems (pipes, sprinklers, valves, controllers, pumps, etc.). 

• Troubleshooting and repairing irrigation system components. 

• Adjusting irrigation schedules based on crop needs, weather conditions, and other factors. 

• Monitoring system performance and making necessary adjustments. 

Operational Tasks:

• Reading and interpreting landscape and irrigation plans. 

• Using tools like wire locators and valve locators. 

• Maintaining accurate records of materials, work completed, and manpower deployment. 

• Ensuring proper maintenance and storage of tools, equipment, and materials. 

Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinating with other teams (e.g., landscaping, maintenance) and project managers. 

• Communicating with customers regarding system performance and any issues. 

• Preparing reports on project progress, issues encountered, and resource needs.
