The selected candidate must reside at the farm full-time.
Must possess strong leadership, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Must be sincere, independent, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
Must be comfortable using ERP software, performing regular data updates, browsing the internet, and handling other basic computer applications.
The age limit may be relaxed for highly qualified candidates.

Prepare and maintain yearly vaccination and medication plans for all cattle.
Prepare and maintain schedules for deworming, reproduction, and other reproductive-related activities, including Artificial Insemination (AI).
Ensure proper implementation of disease prevention and treatment programs.
Plan and supervise overall day-to-day farm operations.
Develop and maintain proper nutrition and feeding programs for all farm animals.
Monitor cattle health, productivity, and disease control measures.
Provide training and guidance to support staff on dairy farm management and biosecurity practices.
Ensure Breeding data and routine work of Dairy Herd(Milking, Feeding, Breeding and Cleaning)
Maintain proper medical records and farm documentation.
Collect, analyze, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly status reports.
Plan and execute yearly, monthly, and daily technical service activities.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management when required.
