- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Fisheries
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 26 years
Job location will be in any area of the mentioned divisions.
Willingness to travel frequently and work in rural areas.
Experience in Feed Sales/Veterinary Medicine Sales is preferable.
Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities & Context
Sales:
Ensure the achievement and follow-up the Sales Target.
Ensure market survey and develop strategy to expand market share.
Ensure the conduction of Promotional Programs
Dealer Management:
Ensure no. of Targeted Dealers
Open New Dealership and Increase Sales.
Search the dealer & assist management to source best dealer.
Ensure regular visit to Dealer points.
Order Management:
Ensure Order collection & coordinating with Feed & DOC coordinators in Head Office.
Credit Control:
Monitoring on time payment by the dealers.
Frequently communicate with dealers for reducing dues.
Technical Support:
Provide technical service to the Customer.
Observe the condition of farm.
Give technical direction if found any requirement.
Reporting:
Submit reports on market share, product feedback, and growth opportunity in regular basis.
