Education
- The candidate should have Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations from any recognized institution. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates)
Responsibilities & Context
Project proposal development and budget preparation for client quotation
Supervise daily gardening service operations across assigned service points in Dhaka.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to the gardening service team.
Inspect client sites regularly to ensure high service quality and timely problem resolution
Support in customer communication, addressing complaints, and ensuring service satisfaction.
Train and motivate gardening staff to improve technical skills and work discipline.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
