Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
B.Sc (Agriculture) from any Govt. recognized reputed University with scholastic background and having no 3rd division/Class all through in his/her degrees.
MS (Entomology, Plant Pathology/Agronomy) will get preference.

Experience

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Requirements

Age At most 30 years
2-3 years experience in the related field will get preference.
Must know to drive motorbike and have valid driving license.
Computer literacy (Microsoft office packages/Eudora/web browsing) is must; should have skill on PPT slide preparation and presentation and also have skill to work on Graphic design/Photoshop/Abode illustrator.
Excellent communication skill in English and Bengali both verbal and written is essential:
Interpersonal skill is must.

Responsibilities & Context

A leading Agro Chemical (Crop Protection Products, Fertilizers, Seeds) Company established in 1969, having its marketing network throughout the country (13 Regional Offices and warehouses) and well-equipped pesticide formulation plant situated in Gazipur, is looking for dynamic, dedicated, individuals for the above position.
The incumbent shall be associated with the Product Development and Registration department of the Company. He/She should have keen interest on study & research works and should have the capability to conduct in house trials of different agro chemical products/Seeds, to develop leaflet, poster, booklets of products by using graphic design/Photoshop/Abode illustrator software, monitoring the product promotional activities and ability to communicate with research institute & regulatory bodies and to be stationed at Corporate Office, Dhaka.
