Responsibilities:
Develop and implement crop production plans in alignment with business goals.
Coordinate with farmers to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor field operations and provide necessary technical support.
Promote and supervise adoption of modern Agri-technologies.
Manage and analyze agricultural data and reports for business insights.
Lead and supervise the field team for effective performance.
Ensure smooth supply chain coordination with procurement and distribution.
Conduct research & development for innovative agricultural solutions.
