Requirements
Education
Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines from a reputed university.
Professional certifications (FRM, CFA, CERM, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- At least 3 years
Additional Requirements
Minimum 3 - 8 years of experience in any reputed Bank with at least 3 years of experience in risk management division of any Bank / NBFI.
Must have customer focused attitude.
Must have ability to book new customers and maintain the existing ones.
Should have good Leadership and Team building skills.
Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context
Assist in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting different types of risks (Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Liquidity Risk, etc.) in line with regulatory guidelines and international best practices;
Assist in capital planning, monitoring, and management in compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and Basel framework;
Support preparation of ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process) reports and related regulatory submissions;
Support in preparing risk reports, dashboards, and regulatory submissions;
Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk assessments for various portfolios;
Assist in formulating and implementing risk mitigation strategies and risk appetite framework;
Coordinate with internal departments and regulators regarding risk management issues;
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines, Basel framework, and internal risk management policies.
Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.
