Education
03 to 06 years’ experience in a reputed commercial Bank / major financial institution in related field.
However, candidate with extra ordinary education / professional qualification may apply with less experience.

Additional Requirements
Candidates with prior experience as In-Charge of Sub Branch, Manager Operations / Deputy Manager, Credit and General Banking In-charge with expertise in deposit mobilization will be given preference.

Must have good expertise on Microsoft Officer as well as experience of handling core banking system and related business intelligence.

Responsibilities & Context
Manage overall operations of the Sub-Branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and excellent customer service.
Drive business growth by actively marketing bank products and services to acquire new clients.
Prepare and implement business plans to achieve deposits, loans, and profitability objectives.
Optimize operational efficiency and cost control while ensuring service excellence.
Handle customer issues and disputes effectively, maintaining strong relationships with the clients and promoting financial literacy.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit guidelines to maintain governance standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to Sub-Branch staff, ensuring high productivity, engagement, and professional development.
Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.
