Manager - Portfolio & Compliance

Manage relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients and provide tailored investment services.

Supervise and monitor clients' investment portfolios to ensure effective portfolio management.

Provide clients with timely and accurate trading information, market updates, and investment insights.

Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends.

Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve business growth.

Ensure compliance with all applicable internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.

Ensure adherence to the regulatory requirements and guidelines of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) and the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE).

Develop and execute innovative business development strategies to grow equity and company revenue

Supervise client portfolios across various equity and investment instruments

Conduct regular communication and meetings with existing and potential clients to explore business opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales, trading, and related operational matters

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines imposed by regulators

Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management
