Must have customer & floor management experience from any renowned Spa or Beauty Salon.
Responsibilities & Context
Welcome clients and communicate with them effectively and professionally.
Clearly understand customers’ needs and provide detailed information about our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Attend to clients’ requirements and concerns and ensure that they are properly addressed.
Effectively motivate and encourage customers to avail themselves of our products and services.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Attend to all incoming customer calls in a positive and courteous manner and encourage potential clients to visit our service center in person.
Conduct daily audits to ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and maintenance of the service areas.
Guide and supervise service personnel to ensure consistently high standards of service delivery.
Motivate and guide beauticians and cleaning staff to achieve the desired performance standards.
Provide constructive recommendations and innovative ideas to support business development and improve overall operations.
