Must be proficient in making all kinds of salads as per 5 star or 4-star Hotel standard.
Person who has experience in any 5 star or 4-star Hotel industry will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context
Preparing delicious and healthy Bangla, Continental foods & Special Dessert food Items.
Prepare special dishes and dessert items as per requirements.
Monitoring the quality standards according to the guideline of 5-Star hotel.
Supervising kitchen staff`s activities in food preparation.
Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, preservation and presentation.
Follow recipes accurately, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the required standard.
Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained.
Maintain proper cleanness and hygiene of the kitchen area.
Maintain kitchen stocks and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
Other responsibilities assigned by the management.
