Additional Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial operations and LC-related work.
Solid understanding of import procedures, banking terms, and customs rules
Prior motorcycle riding with a valid license is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and email correspondence.
Responsibilities & Context
Handle all aspects of commercial operations, including LC (Letter of Credit) opening, amendment, and retirement.
Communicate with banks, C&F agents, customs, suppliers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain commercial documentation as per import regulations.
Coordinate shipment schedules and documentation for smooth logistics operations.
Monitor import/export costs and ensure compliance with company policies.
Documentation work for various government entities.
