Responsibilities & Context
Job Context:
We are a reputed garment buying house looking for a Junior Commercial Executive to support our commercial team in handling documentation, banking, and shipment activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing export/import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, L/C, etc.).
Support banking activities related to L/C opening, amendment, and realization.
Follow up with shipping lines, C&F agents, and freight forwarders.
Maintain records of commercial transactions and update MIS reports.
Coordinate with merchandising and accounts team for smooth shipment operations.
Ensure compliance with buyers’ and company requirements.
