• Maintain daily call records, customer information, follow-up schedules, and sales reports in the CRM.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.
