Requirements
Education
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline).
Preference for graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Experience in tele-sales, call center, or customer relationship·
Prior experience in negotiation, sales, or credit collections will be a plus.
Candidates from existing call centers are strongly preferred as they have the right skill set for telephonic negotiation and follow-up.
Strong communication and negotiation skills (fluent in Bangla; basic English preferred).
Ability to stay professional and calm under pressure, especially with aggressive buyers.
Basic computer literacy (Excel/Google Sheets).
Fast learner, able to make quick decisions within set approval limits.
Responsibilities & Context
1. Daily Trader Coordination:
Call all assigned traders every morning with the approved opening rate.
Handle inquiries, confirm available stock, and encourage early bookings.
2. Negotiation & Booking:
Negotiate rates within a pre-approved price band set by the Sales Manager.
Secure bookings by 4 PM daily to minimize last-minute cancellations.
Update all confirmed orders in the shared system (Google Sheet/App).
3. Coordination with Branches:
Send confirmed booking details to branch sales officers for fulfillment.
Follow up on loading, payment status, and any service-related issues (to be handled by branch staff).
4. Reporting & Market Insights:
Submit daily booking summaries and market feedback (price trends, competitor rates) to the Sales Manager.
Report any trader bypass attempts or conflicts immediately.
