We are looking for a Female Online Sales & Customer Service Executive (Showroom Based) who will work from our showroom and handle all online customer queries, orders, and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer communication through Facebook Page, Website, and Phone.
Call customers to confirm orders received from Facebook/Website.
Provide instant online service and support to customers regarding size, fitting, exchange, or any other issues.
Handle order packing and ensure accurate delivery process.
Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Assist showroom walk-in customers if required.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve customer service excellence.
Job Context:
This is a showroom-based job where the selected candidate must sit at the showroom and handle online customer service and sales operations.
