Job Context: YOUR Campus is a student-focused startup offering smart services (App-operated washing machine, snacks & beverage vending machine, smart lockers, e-commerce & bus ticketing & insurance) across 25+ universities in Bangladesh. We are looking for proactive Customer Support Executives to ensure smooth service and user satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages & in-App feedback from users.
  • Provide accurate info & resolve service-related issues.
  • Coordinate with operations team for quick problem-solving.
  • Keep records of customer interactions & prepare reports.
  • Share user feedback with operations teams.

Skills Required

Basic computer skillCustomer Relationship ManagementCustomer SupportStrong communication skills.
