Responsibilities & Context
Hajee Air Travels Ltd, an IATA-accredited air ticket consolidator operating since 1999, is looking for a Telesales Executive (Female) for our head office in Naya Paltan, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to sell air tickets, tour packages and travel services.
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally in Bangla and English.
- Explain fares, routes, baggage rules and offers clearly to customers.
- Follow up on leads from Facebook, website and phone inquiries and convert them into bookings.
- Coordinate with the reservation and ticketing team to confirm bookings.
- Maintain daily call records and customer data in the system.
- Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Build good relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
