Minimum 6 months of call center experience Well-spoken in Bangla, with ability to communicate in basic English Presentable and professional appearance Positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate ambition, and thrive in a team environment.
Fluency in English is a strong advantage.
A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for customer care.

Join us as a Customer Service Advisor for Pureit Bangladesh Careline and become a part of a dynamic, customer-focused team.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Managing customer communications through various channels.
Resolving customer complaints efficiently and providing suitable solutions.
Explaining Pureit products and services in detail to customers.
Processing orders, forms, and customer requests.
Maintaining records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Collaborating with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction.
Providing feedback on customer service processes for continuous improvement.
Leading and guiding a team of junior service representatives when necessary.
Ensuring customers have a seamless and satisfying experience with Pureit.
Skills Required
Compensation & Other Benefits
Starting Salary: 13,000 BDT
Potential increase to 15,000 BDT after 6-9 months of probation (based on performance).
Higher initial salary may be considered for exceptionally skilled candidates.
Additional incentives can lead to a monthly income of over 20,000 BDT for consistent performers.
