Age 22 to 45 years
You need to understand Customer requirements to be able to close the call. (NO HARD SELLING/CLOSING)
Strong sales ability and confidence in phone conversation
Excellent English communication skill (speaking & listening)
Target-driven, disciplined & punctual
Able to handle rejections and maintain professionalism
Willing to work in the morning from 8AM to 2:30PM

Responsibilities & Context

Make outbound calls to Australian customers.
Maintain a positive and professional conversation with customers.
Keep accurate records of calls and appointments in the system.
Collaborate with the team to improve performance and achieve goals.
Representative must be coachable and able to work 5 days a week, 8AM to 2:30 Monday - Friday ( up to 1:15PM )
