Responsibilities & Context
- Operate and maintain computer systems for production data entry and monitoring.
- Prepare and manage reports using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other office software.
- Ensure accuracy of production entries and correct errors promptly.
- Monitor and update pending PP (Production Plan) data, including date filters and process tracking.
- Maintain and organize tables and databases relevant to production and process management.
- ork with IBMS (Integrated Value Management System) for production tracking and reporting.
- Support team members in accessing and interpreting process data.
- Assist in generating reports for management and production planning
