Additional Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Prior knowledge and understanding of strategic planning with related experience
- Ability to interpret sales reports, consumer trend reports, etc.
- Experience handling local & global brands and leading small-scale pitches
- Strong communication skills in Bangla & English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
Responsibilities & Context
- Receive and understand brief(s) from clients, account management, and/or supervisor
- Design questionnaire/discussion guides for quantitative & qualitative research
- Conduct online research and field visits (market/household/factory)
- Carry out visual research and prepare reports/documents
- Develop and deliver impactful presentations to clients/account management/supervisors
- Supervise and coordinate ongoing campaigns
- Assign campaigns to subordinates and provide guidance as needed
- Assist Supervisor/Director(s) in developing strategies and brand campaigns
- Proactively seek feedback and participate in training programs
- Keep track of work progress and schedules
