Job Context

Radiant Communication Limited, a leading Internet Service Provider and ICT solution company in Bangladesh, is seeking proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Interns. The selected candidates will play a vital role in managing customer interactions on social media platforms by responding to queries, recording customer information, and supporting the lead generation and conversion process through the company’s CRM software. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in digital customer communication and CRM management within the ISP and ICT sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and comments received on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Provide accurate information about Radiant Communication Limited’s services (internet packages, connectivity solutions, corporate services, etc.) in line with company guidelines.

• Identify potential leads from social media interactions and ensure proper documentation in the company’s CRM software.

• Forward complex or unresolved customer inquiries to the appropriate team for follow-up.

• Maintain an organized record of daily queries, responses, and lead updates.

• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve social media communication strategies.

• Prepare periodic reports on customer queries, lead generation, and CRM updates.

• Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor to support digital customer engagement.
