Additional Requirements

Education:

Foreign academic degree, including a PhD in Islamic Studies, Fiqh, Hadith, Qur’anic Studies, Islamic Finance or Shari’ah. Suitable candidates are expected to have excellent command of the English Language and should be familiar with technology-infused academic environments.

Experience & Publication:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University

• At least two (2) years of active teaching/research experience and at least one publication in a Scopus-indexed journal;

• Relevant industry experience, such as membership of a Shari’ah committee or board, will be considered a strong advantage;

• Sound moral character and demonstrated integrity.
