Provide guidance and support to students in academic and professional development, including advising on career paths.

Develop and manage the college budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Establish partnerships with healthcare institutions, community organizations and other stakeholders to enhance clinical training and job placement for students.

Represent the college at professional organizations, conferences and community events.

Promote and support faculty and student research initiatives in nursing and healthcare.

Encourage innovative teaching methodologies and the integration of technology in nursing education.

Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance the educational environment and ensure the safety and well-being of students and faculty.

Regularly assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, using data-driven decision-making to implement improvements.

Gather feedback from students, faculty and stakeholders to inform strategic planning.
