🎓 Position: Senior Counsellor – Australia and New Zealand.
📍 Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh
🕒 Full-Time Position

Are you passionate about guiding students towards their international education dreams? Do you have proven experience in counselling students for higher studies in the Australia and New Zealand.? If so, we want you to join our growing team at ProgressiveLink Education!

✅ Key Responsibilities:
Student Counselling & Consultation:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students and parents about study options in the Australia and New Zealand.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student eligibility and career aspirations.

Application Guidance:
Assist students in selecting suitable universities and programs based on their academic background and career goals.
Guide students through the entire admission process, including application forms, documentation, deadlines, and SOP/LOR preparation.

Visa Assistance:
Support students with visa application processes, interview preparation, and financial documentation.
Stay updated with the latest visa policies, embassy regulations, and international student entry requirements.

Communication & Coordination:
Maintain regular communication with students and follow up on their application progress.
Coordinate with international university representatives for admissions and offer letters.

Event & Seminar Participation:
Participate in education fairs, spot assessments, and student engagement events.
Organize and deliver informative sessions, webinars, and pre-departure briefings.

CRM & Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of student profiles, enquiries, follow-ups, and application status using CRM tools or internal systems.

Team Collaboration:
Support junior counsellors and share knowledge to improve team performance.
Work closely with marketing and admissions teams to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
Market & Industry Research:
Keep track of emerging trends in international education and competitor activity.
Recommend improvements in counselling strategy based on market insights.



🎯 Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Education Counsellor.
Proven success in counselling for the Australia and New Zealand markets.
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English and Bangla (spoken and written).
