Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner.
Meet-in communication and update clients in regular basis.
Refer clients to consultants or officers for detailed assistance.
Make follow-up calls to remind clients about appointments or document submissions.
Manage a company log book and answer direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, Receive and record courier packages, letters, and official documents.
Distribute incoming E-mail to the right department.
Check and forward relevant emails to concerned staff.
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized properly.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
