Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Relevant certification or degree in English, Education, or related field.
- IELTS score of 7.5 or higher (valid proof required).
Experience
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University, College, Training Institutes, School
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 35 years
- Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language teacher.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of IELTS exam format and requirements.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
Responsibilities & Context
Design and deliver engaging IELTS preparation lessons covering all four test areas: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
Conduct regular practice tests and assessments to track student progress.
Provide individual feedback and tailored instruction to help students improve weaknesses.
Develop and use effective teaching materials and resources.
Stay updated on IELTS exam formats, updates, and effective teaching strategies.
Assist students in setting realistic goals and achieving their desired IELTS scores.
Experience in corporate training delivery, including workshops, group classes, and one-to-one coaching.
Ability to design structured lesson curricula aligned with learner goals and organizational needs.
Maintain a productive and positive learning environment.
Any other duty imposed upon by the Authority.
