Job Description

The Senior Counselor will guide and assist students throughout their journey to study abroad — from course and university selection to the application and visa process. The counselor will provide personalized guidance on educational opportunities, career goals, and academic pathways, primarily focused on the UK education system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counselling to students on study options, course selection, and career goals.

• Consult with students and guardians through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media. Code: Expert

• Guide students through the application process, including documentation, admission forms, and visa support.

• Maintain detailed records of student documents and ensure strict confidentiality at all times. Code: Guidance

• Stay updated on UK university requirements, scholarships, visa rules, and educational policies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner universities and institutions.

• Follow up with students regularly through calls, WhatsApp messages, social media, and emails.

• Uphold company policies, maintain professional ethics, and represent the organization positively.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
