Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic guidance and counseling to students and other visitors who are interested to study in abroad.

• Answering phones, managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate resources.

• Providing information about services, programs, or procedures, and answering general inquiries.

• Based on pending call-list, call all students and identify potential students who are interested to study abroad.

• Maintaining accurate records of interactions, appointments, or client information.

• Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of client information.

• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with diverse individuals.

• Maintain strong organizational skills to manage the flow of information and people at the front desk

• Help digital marketing team to create contents.
