Responsibilities & Context
The position requires a highly qualified nursing professional with proven academic, clinical, and administrative expertise.
The candidate must have 10 years of teaching experience in Nursing, 5 years of administrative experience, and 5 years of clinical experience OR be eligible for promotion from Vice Principal/Principal.
The role demands strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to enhance nursing education and institutional development.
Provide academic leadership in nursing and midwifery education.
Supervise curriculum planning, teaching, assessment, and research activities.
Guide and mentor nursing faculty members and students.
Ensure quality standards in academic, clinical, and administrative functions.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies (e.g., BNMC, University, Health Ministry).
Prepare academic reports and maintain proper documentation.
The recruitment process will be conducted as per the rules and regulations of BNMC, University of Dhaka, and the Ministry.
