- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Accounting, Finance & Banking , Business Entrepreneurship, Civic & Citizenship, Geography, History, Information & Technology, General Math, General Science, English )

Additional Requirements
- Age At least 21 years
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience teaching Class 9–10 Accounting, with strong skills in journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements. Familiarity with SSC exam question patterns is essential.
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching Class 9–10, experience in Finance & Banking, including topics like money market, banking systems, and investment principles. Knowledge of Bangladesh’s current financial trends is preferred.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in teaching Business Entrepreneurship under the NCTB curriculum for Class 9–10. Must have strong knowledge of entrepreneurship concepts, business planning, market analysis, and small business management. Ability to guide students in preparing project-based business plans and linking lessons to real-life case studies.
- Experience in teaching Civics at the SSC level (at least 2-5 years), covering democracy, constitution, governance, and citizen rights. It should encourage active citizenship among students.
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in teaching Geography & Environment, with expertise in map reading, climate studies, and environmental issues. The ability to integrate practical fieldwork into lessons is preferred.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience teaching History under the NCTB curriculum, covering Bangladesh and World History. The ability to explain historical events with timelines and cause-and-effect analysis is essential.
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in General Mathematics at the Class 9–10 level under the NCTB curriculum. Must be proficient in Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Mensuration, and Statistics, with strong knowledge of SSC exam question patterns, marking schemes, and common problem-solving techniques. Should be able to simplify complex problems for different learning abilities.
- At least 2-5 years of experience teaching General Science at the secondary level, covering Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Environmental Science topics. Must be skilled in integrating theoretical concepts with practical examples and demonstrations. The ability to prepare students for creative questions and MCQs in the SSC exam is essential.
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching English Language & Literature to Class 9–10 students. Should be proficient in grammar, comprehension, essay writing, and literature analysis, with experience in SSC exam preparation.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience teaching Information and Communication Technology at the Class 9–10 level under the NCTB curriculum. Must have practical skills in MS Office, basic programming, internet usage, database concepts, and digital communication tools. Should be able to teach both theory and hands-on lab sessions effectively.
- 2-5 years of prior teaching experience preferred (preferably in secondary classes, National Curriculum)
- Experience in SSC-Level exam preparation is an advantage.
- Strong command over the subject matter, including updated knowledge of the syllabus.
- Understanding of the SSC exam format, making schemes, and common student difficulties.
- Awareness of curriculum changes and the ability to adapt teaching materials accordingly.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and doing research work on the Internet
- Computer literacy: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Classroom, etc.
- Designing educational games, craft activities, etc
- Willing to travel both in and out of Dhaka for training/conference purposes
- Preference may be given to a candidate who is currently residing in or near the Bashundhara residential area/ Vhatara/ Badda, with a strong desire to act for the underprivileged children of Bangladesh.
Candidates who fulfill the following requirements will be given preference:
Responsibilities & Context
- Reporting to: Head Teacher
- 5 days a week (Sunday - Thursday), Occasional Saturdays
- Timing: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm
- Minimum 2-years teaching contract
