Additional Requirements

Experience in activity-based teaching-learning
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Classroom management and student engagement skills
Patience, empathy, and a gentle approach towards children
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Experience in supporting children with special educational needs (preferred but not mandatory)
Practical exposure to Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching would be considered as a plus point

Job Responsibilities
Conduct classes in English using activity-based and student-centered teaching methods
Monitor students’ progress and create individual learning support where needed
Maintain class records, lesson plans, and assessments
Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and school management
Ensure a positive and caring classroom environment
