Responsibilities & Context
Control Room Operator is responsible for performing daily operations at Control Room. He will ensure that exemplary standards of security and patient services are provided to the patients/stakeholders/employees/employers of the institution at all times. Application is invited for the position of Control Room Operator on prevailing terms and conditions of IAHS-H.
Job Responsibilities:
· To perform daily operations of Control Room with high integrity and efficiency;
· To receive all messages from different departments and process these messages to designated areas;
· To answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices;
· To provide information to callers and direct them;
· To ensure the transportation management;
· To ensure the maintenance management;
· To organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary;
· To answer questions about the organization and associated activities;
· To secure everything at the Information and Services Desk at the end of each shift;
· To have the ability to work independently and make independent decisions;
· To contact the administration office, n case of any emergency;
· Any other task assigned by the authority.
