Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
Strong command of AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office is an advantage.
Sound knowledge of BNBC, Imarat Nirman Bidhimala, and RAJUK submission procedures.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to work under deadline pressure.
Additional Requirements
Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare Rajuk Sheet or authority approval drawings in compliance.
- Prepare RAJUK approval drawings (plans, elevations, sections, site plan, area statements) in accordance with BNBC and Imarat Nirman Bidhimala.
- Draft detailed architectural drawings for large-scale residential projects, including apartment buildings and multi-storey residential complexes.
- Check designs against Imarat Nirman Bidhimala and BNBC requirements such as setbacks, FAR, ground coverage, open space, parking, fire safety, and staircase and lift provisions.
- Prepare working drawings, door/window schedules, toilet and kitchen details, staircase and lift details, and other construction details.
- Revise drawings based on RAJUK feedback, client comments, and the design team’s instructions.
- Maintain organized drawing files, layers, and revision records.
- Support the design team during site visits, measurements, and as-built documentation when required.
