Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction, maintenance and renovation activities.
Ensure proper execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and relevant departments for smooth execution of civil works.
Inspect buildings, floors, roofs, walls, drainage systems and other civil structures to identify maintenance requirements.
Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and control project costs.
Maintain records of civil maintenance, construction activities and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
