Or Equivalent qualification with required experience.

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Livestock

Must have good computer knowledge (MS Office), emailing and ERP software using.

Ability to meet deadlines.

Should be IQ-smart, honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.

Pro-active, independent and result oriented.

Communication, coordination & leadership skill.

Willing to travel.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibility:

Develop/review and implementation of policy, process and SOP for Feed Mills operations.
Coordination between various feed mills as well as Head Office management regarding all aspects of feed mills operations.
Supervise the full operation system as well as preventive & regular maintenance of the factory.
Handling troubleshoot, repair and maintain all mechanical equipment on time.
Ensure production efficiency and quality control.
Analyze data of expenditure and take remedial action to control the cost.
Visiting feed mills located various location (Gazipur, Mymensingh & Sherpur).
Maintain liaison with all relevant departments to ease operational activities.
Prepare various reports.
Any other assignment given by superiors.
