Quality Control Engineer (Concrete Technologist)

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Conduct regular inspections and tests on construction materials according to ACI, ASTM, EN & BS.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities.

Prepare and present quality reports to project management and stakeholders.

Work closely with batching plant operators to monitor and manage batching plant operations, ensuring consistent production of 80-grade concrete.

Identify quality issues and non-conformance’s, and work with project teams to develop corrective actions.

Review and approve construction materials, ensuring they meet specified quality requirements.

Implement and manage quality control programs, including inspections, audits, and testing.

Ensure the quality of PHC piles & Sheet Piles during delivery, maintaining high standards from production to site delivery.

Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team on quality-related issues.
