Additional Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in product management or marketing roles, especially in consumer electronics or appliances company.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Design Software, and Al is a must.
Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Context
Reports To: Head of Product -AC
About the Role:
Responsible for managing Residential Air Conditioner (RAC) products through market research, product execution, and sales channel support. Spend time in the field to track consumer trends and competitor activities, while assisting in product launches, promotions, and lifecycle initiatives. Coordinates with sales channels to monitor sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through, and provides analytical support in forecasting, stock planning, and performance reporting.
Spend significant time in the field (showrooms, dealers, retailers, etc.) to understand real-time market trends, consumer behavior, and competition.
Continuously track and report changes in market dynamics and competitor movements.
Work closely with the Product Head to execute product strategies, campaign plans, and product lifecycle initiatives.
Assist in product launches, promotional plans, and communication strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
Coordinate with various sales channels (retail, online, dealers, showrooms) to monitor Sale-in, Sell-out, Sell-through and take proactive actions to boost performance in all aspects.
Gather feedback from field teams and ensure market-level execution of sales enablers.
Prepare detailed PowerPoint presentations for internal and external communication.
Maintain and analyze sales data, product performance, and pricing using advanced Excel skills.
Support in forecasting, stock planning, and product mapping activities.
