Additional Requirements
Good knowledge of shop drawings, fit-up, welding /metal sheet, Painting, inspection skills/experience in a similar industrial background
Good knowledge of Auto CAD.
Responsibilities & Context
Welding activity verification for PQR, WPS, and WQT, etc.
Reviewing and testing of welding procedure specification (WPS), PQR, WQT for the project.
Review of shop drawings & Fabrication drawings.
Daily inspections of raw material, fit-up, dimensional checks, and weld visual & Painting DFT
Knowledge of NDT such as RT, PT, MT & UT as per applicable codes and standards.
Ensure strict quality compliance confirming to AWS D1.1, AISC, BNBC, and applicable project standards.
