Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Developer
Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
- BSc. (3 to 5 years)/ Diploma (4 to 8 years)
- Must experience in High Rise Building Constructions related work.
- Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and structural analysis software is an advantage.
- The applicants should have experience in Pile works, Finishing work.
- The applicants should have experience in fair face building work & green building work.
- Preferable who have work experience at Jolshiri Abashon project
Responsibilities & Context
Execute and implementation of project works according to work schedule.
Project management, Project costing, Planning & progress monitoring, Sub-contractor dealing, overall supervision, liaison and preparing bills.
Manage materials, equipment and supporting materials of the project.
Ensure quality of civil works, construction materials and finishing items.
Coordinate of electrical mechanical works ensure safety & security
Making report of engineering and store materials, control material wastage.
Solve project relates any kind of problem & monitor work of the project
Manage workers when it will be needed, Ability to work under pressure, Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
