Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
8–10 years of professional experience in Interior Architecture / Interior Design.
Proven experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
Practical experience in client management, business development, technical detailing and site supervision.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max and Adobe Photoshop.
Excellent knowledge of space planning, material selection, creative detailing, specifications and building systems.
Strong creative, technical, communication, negotiation and project management skills.
Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and project teams.
Professional attitude, corporate etiquette and presentation skills.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with prospective clients to understand their requirements and develop suitable design solutions.
Prepare and present design concepts, proposals, presentations and financial bids.
Develop detailed 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, working drawings, sections, elevations and technical specifications.
Prepare BOQ, material specifications and cost estimates based on approved designs.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors and project execution teams.
Monitor project implementation to ensure design accuracy, quality, cost efficiency and timely completion.
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term professional relationships.
