Sr. Manager Marketing & Merchandising

Formulate and execute marketing & merchandising strategies aligned with the Bangladesh RMG export market.

Maintain strong liaison with international buyers, buying houses, and sourcing agents.

Negotiate FOB/C&F prices, lead times, and payment terms in line with RMG industry standards.

Oversee product development, sampling, and approvals as per buyer requirements.

Ensure smooth order execution by coordinating with production, planning, procurement, and quality teams.

Monitor and control T&A (Time & Action) plans to ensure on-time shipment.

Analyze global apparel market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging buyer demands.

Manage compliance requirements related to buyers’ codes of conduct, sustainability, and social audits.

Prepare costing sheets, order sheets, and performance reports for management review.

Lead the team to achieve sales growth targets while ensuring profitability in the highly competitive RMG sector.
