Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidate with IEB Registration will be given preferences.

Responsibilities & Context

The Projects Electrical Drafter is responsible for preparing accurate, detailed and compliant electrical & mechanical drawings for industrial, commercial, renewable-energy and power-infrastructure projects. This role supports electrical engineers and project managers by converting design concepts, calculations and site data into professional construction drawings used for procurement, installation, commissioning and as-built documentation.

· Prepare detailed stem line design, Air Line design, also knowledge about mechanical design line diagram for HVAC, ETP, STP and also Storage vessel.

· Ability to prepare architectural drawing, machine layout as per the factory requirement. Also have capacity to make office layout.

Prepare detailed single-line diagrams (SLD), three-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, interconnection schematics and cable routing layouts.
Develop layouts for: MV & LV substations (33kV, 11kV, 0.4kV), Transformers, switchgear, MCCs and distribution boards, Solar PV systems (string layouts, combiner boxes, inverters).
Produce panel GA drawings, internal wiring diagrams and terminal plans. Meet the quality system (GQS) requirements related to his/her job functions.
Experience in busbar tanking system (BBT) Design Drawing for Industrial & Commercial projects.
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards such as: IEC, IEEE, RSC, NEC, NFPA, BNBC or local codes.
Apply correct symbols, layers, line types, legends and title block according to company drafting standards.
Work closely with Civil & electrical engineers, site teams and project managers to interpret: Load calculations, Protection schemes, Equipment datasheets and vendor drawings, Incorporate comments from design reviews, clients and consultants.
Participate in technical meetings when required.

· Conduct inspection and evaluation of factory electrical systems (Substation, Transformer, Generator, LT/HT Panel) in accordance with RSC guidelines.

· Perform RSC Electrical Safety Audits and ensure compliance implementation.

· Identify Electromechanical hazards and carry out risk assessments.

· Implement, monitor, and ensure timely closure of RSC CAP (Corrective Action Plan)

Maintain drawing registers and revision histories. Prepare: Design Drawings, Construction drawings and As-built drawings after site modifications.
Ensure accurate version control and compliance with QA/QC procedures.
Prepare the Week Presentation for the Electromechanical Department.
