Responsibilities & Context
- Communicate with buyers to collect orders, specifications, and approvals.
- Coordinate with production, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure on-time shipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Order follow-up reports.
- Ensure proper documentation, need to provide quotations and compliance with buyer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase sales in the garments sector.
- Resolve any issues regarding sampling, production, or delivery schedules.
