Responsibilities & Context
Job Description:
- Responsible for the total Business & Capacity Planning of factories with outerwear products.
- Communicating upcoming seasons' business with the marketing team.
- Identifying gaps between Capacity vs forecast and prioritize for fulfillment.
- Communicating regularly with the marketing team for orders based on business plans.
- Drive Planning team for dynamic planning with optimum efficiency.
- Establishing SOP for the planning team.
- Assessing critical paths, anticipating problems, and applying timely solutions.
- Provide training & motivation to the team to inspire & energize for better results and a healthy working environment.
