Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the overall production operations of the Woven Garment Division, ensuring timely production, meeting quality standards, achieving production targets, and maintaining operational efficiency through effective planning, coordination, and team management.

Job Description / Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the overall production operations of the Woven Garment Division, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
Develop production plans in coordination with Planning, Merchandising, IE, Quality, and other relevant departments.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets as per shipment schedules.
Monitor line efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization, and overall production performance.
Ensure proper line balancing, manpower allocation, and optimum utilization of machines and resources.
Monitor production processes from cutting to finishing to ensure timely completion.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, quality standards, and approved production specifications.
Coordinate with the Quality Department to minimize defects, rework, and rejection rates.
Control production costs, minimize wastage, and ensure effective utilization of raw materials and accessories.

Lead, supervise, and develop production teams, including Production Managers, Floor In-charges, and Supervisors.
Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure machine availability and minimize production downtime.
Implementation of RFT at the production to minimize the production wastage.
Ensure proper implementation of 5S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Prepare and analyze production reports, efficiency reports, and performance dashboards for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, workplace safety, and factory regulations.
Take necessary initiatives to improve production capacity, operational excellence, and overall factory performance.
