Responsibilities & Context
Manage daily store operations, particularly chemical and material inventory for denim washing.
Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Notes, Stock Registers, Bin Cards, and Stock Transfer Records.
Monitor chemical and material receipts, issuance, storage, and stock balances.
Prepare daily chemical consumption, inventory, and stock reports.
Conduct regular stock verification and assist in annual physical inventory.
Coordinate with Washing Laboratory and Production teams to ensure uninterrupted chemical availability.
Ensure proper chemical storage, identification, handling, and FIFO practices.
Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, and slow-moving inventory.
