Strong knowledge of Bangladesh financial laws, taxation, VAT, customs and regulatory requirements.
Excellent knowledge of banking, trade finance, LC and export-import operations.
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, treasury and working capital management.
Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and decision-making skills.
Experience in ERP implementation and financial process development.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.

- We are looking for an experienced, strategic and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the Group's overall financial operations, strengthen financial controls and support long-term business growth.
Job Context
- The CFO will be responsible for the overall financial leadership of Rich Cotton Group, including financial planning, accounts, finance, commercial operations, treasury, taxation, banking, budgeting, auditing and risk management across all operating concerns of the Group.
- The successful candidate must have strong experience in group financial management, preferably in the garments, textile, apparel manufacturing or buying house sectors.
